The Apartment
The apartment is one of 36 units in the condominium called Aldeia Portucale with uninterrupted views of the first fairway.
The apartment has been professionally furnished and equipped to a very high standard and comprises a large sitting area with comfortable seating for six. There are terraces to front and back catching the morning and evening sun. Both terraces are equipped with suitable outside furniture.
The accommodation comprises:
- large sitting room with dining table seating 6
- master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- double and twin bedrooms sharing second bathroom
- cloakroom/wc off hall
- fully equipped kitchen with boiler giving constant hot water and central heating
- terraces front and back, with outside table and 6 chairs on main west-facing terrace overlooking the pool and 1st fairway
There is a large shared pool (including small pool suitable for children) and garden. There is also a barbecue area. Sun loungers are provided with the apartment.
All linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided for your stay and included in the rental price.
Central heating is available for the winter months should it be necessary.
