Welcome to our apartment at Praia Del Rey situated on Portugal’s Silver Coast, approximately 60 minutes easy drive north of Lisbon Airport (A8 Junction 14).
Praia Del Rey comprises high quality apartments, townhouses and villas and the 5 star Marriott Hotel set around the championship golf course bordered by pine forests on one side and the dramatic Atlantic coast on the other.
In addition to the golf course the resort offers, golf range with teaching facilities by English professionals. There is a tennis academy which is situated at the entrance of the resort with 7 all weather courts. A heated indoor pool, gym and health club are at the Marriott Hotel, plus bars and restaurants. The golf club, with large terrace overlooking 10th fairway and Atlantic coast serves food and drinks all day; in addition there is also a restaurant. During the summer and half term holidays Club Adventura offers supervised activities for children from 6 – 16 years. Activities range from paint balling to surfing.
Our first floor apartment is in the Aldeia Porucale development with its excellent location – only a few minutes stroll to the first tee, golf range and golf club. Ten minute walk to the beach. Fifteen minute walk to the Marriott Hotel and the same distance to the resort grocery shop. A free resort shuttle bus stops outside.
